These Terms & Conditions apply to all transport services provided by Arshad Transport Services. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Arshad Transport Services provides professional transport and delivery services as agreed with the customer. The scope, pricing, and delivery terms are defined on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service that does not comply with applicable laws or agreed conditions.
3. Booking & Agreement
A transport agreement is considered binding when:
Written confirmation is provided by Arshad Transport Services, or
The transport service has commenced based on mutual agreement
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding shipment details, addresses, and contact information.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are agreed upon prior to service unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms:
Invoicing with an agreed payment deadline
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with Norwegian law
Additional charges may apply due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipment information
Waiting time beyond the agreed schedule
Changes to the scope of the service
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
Proper packaging and labeling of goods
Declaring fragile, hazardous, or special cargo
Ensuring goods are legal to transport
Availability at pickup and delivery locations
Arshad Transport Services is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging or incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Delivery & Delays
While we strive to meet agreed delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Such delays do not constitute grounds for compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to direct and documented losses caused by negligence on our part.
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profit or business interruption
Force majeure events
8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Late cancellations may result in charges depending on preparation or service progress.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
